@smitho.graphics How are your energy levels generally?

Do you experience any kind of: fatigue & exhaustion (physically and mentally), zone out for periods of time, feeling of detachment from yourself?

Don’t mean to be nosey; just concerned; having been thru it, wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

@smitho.graphics My concern is that High Masking, over time, becomes harder and harder, and at the same time, things in your life start to get affected.

I know you’re not so worried now, but from a person who was High Masking for nearly 40 years, it’s taken nearly everything from me.

@smitho.graphics Are you looking to get a formal diagnosis, or OK with trying some online Neurodivergent Tests (some are pretty accurate; can help you make a decision if getting a formal diagnosis would help).

Getting a formal AuDHD diagnosis was important for me; this opens up the ADHD medication route.
